TAT/Shipping/Refund Info

* Turn Around Time (TAT) is 14-20 Business Days starting with the date of purchase/payment. Business Days do not include Weekends and Holidays. They will Ship the following Business Days.

* MACCo. is not responsible for the length of shipping time. Shipping is $5 Economy Rate and will go through USPS (First Class 5-8 Business Days). For the Holiday Season there is a Express Shipping Option through USPS (2-5 Business days) that is $9.

* Ready To Ship (RTS) Items will ship within 3 business days. If you combine RTS with Custom they will NOT ship until the rest of the order is fulfilled. 

* Refunds and exchanges are not offered at this time.  All items are Custom hand-made to order.  If there is any issues with an order please email (mayaaclothingco@gmail.com) and we will get back within 24 hours to resolve.
